{Wedding Wednesday} Crafty Confetti

Ooh! I spotted these confetti designs on Etsy and am pretty smitten. Aren't they a great idea!

I love the idea of mixing sheet music, beautiful words and maps... everything that's important.

Something blue?

You could mix up your favourite romantic book with your favourite songs...Aw!

Have a look at the store here...

{Wedding Wednesday} Celebrate!

I just love wedding photography that captures how delighted the couple are to be married  - it's the point of it all, after all!

I've posted this one before but had to include it again  - it's one of the most romantic wedding images ever I think...

Swept away...love that dress!

Great hug!
(and a bride with glasses - love it!)

Another fabulous shot...can't you hear the squeals and cheers!
(another rockin' frock too!)

{Wedding Wednesday} Low Key & Lovely

This bride has great style...I love her non-wedding dress!

The necklace, the sash, the flowers....beautiful.

Isn't she lovely!

Love her bridesmaids...

And her hair... such a lovely colour, such soft styling. I think this couple have it sussed!

A Shot To Swoon Over...

Yes, I'm not exactly running on schedule with my 'Wedding Wednesday' post (blame my hormones and nesting urges!) but like everything in life, I'll get there eventually!
I spotted this shot taken by photographer Christina Brosnan, who I had the pleasure of working with last week and boy did I swoon... That dress. That veil. Isn't it just lovely?
The dress is Jenny Packham paired with a vintage veil. You can see more of it on Christina's blog here...

{Wedding Wednesday} Ethereal Softness

I love this collection from Samuelle Couture. I think it's the softness and flow of the beautiful fabrics that really grab me...

No hard lines or bits that squeeze!

Perhaps not The Dress, but maybe with a long silk underskirt beneath it...

Elegant draping...

Look at the swish! This would be so beautiful in motion...

and here's the back of it... just lovely.

{Wedding Wednesday} A Bohemian Romance

Sit back and feast your eyes on this beautiful wedding full of natural, bohemian beauty. I love how this couple's relaxed style is so evident in these amazing shots...

No, it's not entirely traditional dress, but isn't it great! They look comfortable and at ease with everything...

She's wearing cowboy boots!

Can you feel the love?

Beautiful vintage lace...

I love this shot...

and this one...

And this one!

{Wedding Wednesday} Cakes & Table

I'm crazy about these cakes designs and tablescape by Saipua. The cakes are so low-key but perfect; decorated with peonies, figs and other blooms they are just gorgeous!

Isn't the table just beautiful...

I love that the cakes are kept to one tier and separate. It looks so much more abundant. The mix of icing patterns also rock!

Perfect placement...

{Wedding Wednesday} Gowns & Blooms

I can almost smell these beautiful peonies! I love their soft petals...

Great mix of colour and texture....

Ooooh...grey lace!

A little bit more of a uniform arrangement than I usually like, but still quite lovely...

One bloom has impact. And the dress! Oh the dress...

Elie Saab. The man can dress a woman, that's for sure.

I love the relaxed vibe of this tulle skirt and embellished t-shirt. Very chic...

Now that's a floral arrangement to remember!

Tones of purple peonies... lovely.

{Wedding Wednesday} Veils, Flowers & Hats

Are you a bit bored of the ubiquitous veils you see around the place? For so long it has seemed that the only option is full length or elbow length veils with a lace trim. Break out brides! Try something different...

Try a head piece from BHLDN. It's just lovely!

La Moss's antique styled veil...

Vintage French styled knotted veil...

I love this flower and veil combo - so pretty.

Back to basics with a fresh flower garland...

I love this soft focus, unstructured birdcage veil...it looks like a little cloud!

A sweet floral headpiece with soft hairstyle...

What about a 1920's wedding hat? It's quite interesting, no?

Now you're talking! Look at that jewelled head band - amazing.

If all of these are a bit too much for you, a jewelled clip is always a good option for the head piece phobics!
