I have a lot of time for Lily Allen, or Mrs Cooper as she is now. I always have done. I think she's clever, feisty, sweet and cool and I love this shoot for the current UK Elle magazine. Doesn't she look great. I adore her makeup and hair. I also love that she has a 'normal' engagement ring, not an enormous piece of bling that most celebrities seem to choose these days.

I just picked this issue up today and had been thinking exactly the same thing. The photos are the best I have ever seen her looking and she seems genuinely happy stepping out of the limelight. I loved what she said about how when you are faced with tragedy/ illness, it makes absolutely no difference to anyone that you are the famous Lily Allen.
